I visited this location on 10/21/2017 browsing for a new car. The customer service was on point recognizing each customer that walked into the building and helping with their needs on my first welcome. I also went to other car dealerships around the area and I was treated as only serious buyers only and they will not recognize as a customer. Overall I had a satisfactory experience inquiring information about their different levels of cars. I will list their Pro's and Con's about this location below.
Pros:
The awareness of customer service but then again it is a car dealership.
I would say some sales associates are knowledgeable. I ran into few sales associates and I had questions on a specific car. They had to ask other sales associates. Their business model of being family oriented. They gave me a lot of Toyota souvenirs and lunch was provided with my car purchase. This location has a barber, nail salon and a massage facility you may take advantage of upon waiting for your car to be serviced. The sales associate does do follow up calls on your purchase.
Cons:
The sales associate may be pushy but I told them I am just looking around and if I need any questions I will reach out to you to get them off your back. I did run into a negative experience when I need to reach a certain sales associate. They told me the sales associate is in the parking lot. They could of page the person instead I had to find them on my own. The customer service is a hit or miss with my overall experience.
