Went in for auto service and learned a valuable lesson to always, always read reviews before going.
Needed a tire repair (filling) and an oil change. Made an appointment for 1:30pm. Arrived on time and was told that it would take between 1-2 hours. I was a bit surprised by that, given that oil change doesn't usually take more than 15-20 minutes, and this wasn't a walk-in. I said okay and waited in the lobby.
After 1.5 hours of waiting, I got a call from one of the mechanics directly that the tire has already been plugged twice before and that he does not recommend plugging the hole for the third time. Told me that my bill would go up by $150 and I said fine, as I didn't want to mess with safety issues.
After another 45 minutes, I went up to cashier and asked for an update. I told him that I've been waiting for over 2 hours and he brushed me off by saying "That's not bad. We have people that's been waiting far longer than that", which surprised me. He did go back and checked on the status of my car and told me that the job was done and they are pulling up paperwork. I went back and waited some more.
3 hours after my appointment time, it was finally done. I had to ask my car was and no one explained my bill, as there were new costs that I didn't anticipate. As an icing the cake, I didn't even get a sticker on my windshield that tells when my next appointment should be.
Would not recommend.
