  • I obtained a lease for a 2016 Ford F-150 from this same dealership in March of 2016. I had the VERY same unprofessional experience mentioned in a review I read recently about this dealership which prompted me to post a piece of my story related to shady financial purchase & loan arrangement The financial promises and final loan commitment timeframe extended out about a month from day i 'leased ' the truck. The entire loan process was unorganized, with suspicious handling, felt fraudulent. They actually took a trade in of a car I did not own and I was not on the title, they paid off that loan applied the upside down dollars from it to this new vehicle loan lease in my name. They said they would call me & follow up a million times about lease loan detail and it never occurred, I was chasing them for info constantly. They never handed me info on financial loan papers or mailed them. The owner of the car was present and neither of us received documents of a breakdown of the numbers which included the credit or payoff of the vehicle trade in. Yet it was completed per a verbal from the dealership finance Dept & the bank.. All of it shady. I have many examples and a story to tell of my own, here is just another example, They asked us if we wanted gap insurance and we declined and they said they would 'finagle' the numbers where it would be free and no cost to us, they applied it to our truck yet never produced paperwork confirming the financial end of it or details of coverage. Please use caution purchasing or leasing a vehicle from this dealership.
