  • I'm a Rouge member which means I spend a lot on cosmetics. However I am an older woman & when I walk in the door they seem not to notice me. One will usually say hi but that's about it. Until I ask for something specific then they will show me where it is. I think it really depends on who's working at the time as to how much help you get. I just think for the prices you pay they all should be more knowledge and helpful.
