As I write this review it is 5:30 PM and I'm unable to pick up my glasses for the third time. The store hours on the front door to this location say open until 6 PM. In addition Yelp reflects 6 PM. For me this is the last straw. Approximately 8 months ago I had an eye exam and paid for frames and lenses. 3 months later I received a call that my glasses arrived and I could pick them up. It took me a few weeks to get there and get my frames appropriately fitted. When I arrived the frames were broken and I was told they would have to reorder. Another 8 weeks later I received a call that my frames were in but was asked if I had my lenses at home. I asked why I would take lenses without frames and the assistant said she'd look for them and call me back when the glasses were ready. At this point my new glasses were the last thing on my mind. It wasn't until about another month goes by I remembered I still had no glasses and paid over $150 plus insurance in December and it's now June. I called management at the Sahara location and they had someone verify that my glasses have been in for some time but no one has called. Today I had a chance to leave work early and attempt to clear up this issue. Now 1/2 hour before the displayed closing hours I still can not pick up my glasses. I don't know if management is poor or staff is incompetent but one thing for sure is the service is terrible and unaccommodating. Find another location for eye care. There's plenty out there.
