rev:text	I ordered flowers for my grandmother and received the confirmation but she never received the flowers so I called with the confirmation and it never got recorded on their site EVEN though I had a confirm number. Owner wouldn't do anything about it. Very strange I have been buying flowers from this company for the last few years using their birthday reminder. Grandma will not believe this. Beware. Owner said I should call in the future rather than using online! LOL don't think so. . .
