  • This is my second night and the Hyatt snd so far from the time i walked up to check in, everyone from valet service to the front desk was very courteous and friendly. Everyone wore a smile. That place is lovely and i love the colors...thoses fall colors make it cozy. There is self parking in the garage right across from hotel for $19 a day, or $28 a day or $12 every time you go out. Rooms are good but bathroom is small. That kind of bathroom that you have to move out of the way to close the door. Other than that bed was cozy, room was clean and view was great. I ate at the Compass restaurant in the hotel on the 24th floor. Service was great food was great. MARIA was fantastic! And I think the guy name was John (sideburns like Elvis) he has personality. The restaurant rotates around and the view is grand. I would definitely stay here again. And as everyone else has stated...its close to Chase field, Talkingstick Arena and convention center.
