  • second time to this venue. we were seeing Idina Menzel. 1-manager: you know that people are looking forward to a show and don't mind if it starts 5-10 minutes late, but you had us waiting for 35 minutes w/o so much as an overhead apology or explanation as to what was going on! Shame on you all! Not even the performer apologized for starting so late! Her show was wonderful-but it started out rocky b/c by the time she started many of the audience members were pissed off about having sat there for so long. and on the subject of sitting-those seats are back-breakers.
