  • I made the mistake of reserving a U-haul truck through Barry's True Value. When I went to pick up the truck, I was told that they routinely overbook their trucks and that even though there was a truck in the parking lot, it was unavailable because it had already been rented. The store manager tried to put the blame on U-haul. When I asked what he would do to make it right, he said "nothing", asked me to leave and walked away and refused to speak to me. I will never go there again,.
