  • I am disappointed in Alamo will not rent from then again. I was given original rate of $233 then charged $740! First guy I spoke to basically told me too bad that's what the receipt says. Second guy at customer service gave me a new receipt with a "refund." Car was filthy upon pickup was given three to choose from and all were dusty and had dents. So disappointed in them. I expect a call from customer service for refund.
