So an incident w leaking ceiling at the hotel made for a less than pleasant experience on my last day & it took a bit to resolve (@1month & a post) but it Did get resolved after. Looks like it may have slipped through cracks, which w thousands of people coming in & out can be understandable.
I was upset about the lack of attention and concern but I did get a response and genuine apology after manager found out. That I appreciated, now it feels like dealing with humans and not robots. Way better! Thanks Kit
Other than that Planet Hollywood was fun, located on mile mall with loads of shops restaurants & entertainment. There are also great restaurants in Hotel.
My favorite was "Strip" a steak house w great menu, awesome professional bartender w great personality in evenings (forget his name). There's also "Koi" Asian cuisine, but I didn't make it in there. Spa was nice, gym had good equipment, enough to maintain well when away from home for over a week, pools were nice w separate family & over 21 pools (really clever set up) and, most important, Room was comfy to relax in nice come back to after loads of exhausting Vegas fun & work.
