  • The Equinox property and management staff is truly exceptional by all standards. I travel often and discovered that they have very flexible leases for long and short term. Leonard the property manager is professional, caring, and goes above the requirements I have ever seen any property manager execute. The property is exceptional; modern, clean, elegant, with top of the line craftsmanship. I would highly recommend that you experience life at the Equinox on Hayden. It is close to everything Scottsdale related as well as both Sky Harbor & Scottsdale airport. Thank you for having me and I hope there is an opportunity to come back in the near future. They have a guest suite for sublet that is short term as well. It is the best option in the Phoenix area for quality, cost, and comfort without a doubt.
