Probably top 10 worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
Came in to exchange/return a suit which I received as a birthday present. It was a nice suit but bought on clearance.
As soon as I entered it was apparent that the sales person would have gathered been anywhere else but helping me. After explaining that the suit was a size too large I asked about an exchange. He very smugly told me that they don't carry clearance suits and wouldn't be able to help. I then asked about an exchange or return so that I could get something else while already in the store.
With a condescending tone he smirked as he said that their suits were between $500-700 so I probably wouldn't be able to get any item in his store. As if I couldn't afford it.
I brushed it off, told him that I was in need of a couple new ties and would use the money on that. Then he goes through the system and returns the item to the card which my family member bought it on. This made it impossible for me to get another item while already in the store and now have to go back to my family for the exchange money to try to get something else. Which will be awkward to say the least.
Needless to say, I'll never be shopping at this location or any other men's warehouse since it appears that theyre staffed by pompous salesmen
