| - We needed an additional vehicle as I'm transitioning from virtual/WAH environment to an office facility in Scottsdale. I was reluctant but decided to visit New Deal as my DP had a good previous experience. Good is an understatement. Their website is optimized for desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile phones. It offers the option to compare vehicles, sort, obtain VIN reports, see all the pictures, and apply for financing. Jack, the sales associate, is very helpful and accommodating. No sales pressure, no hidden agenda or manipulating schemes. He is honest, candid and flexible. Their selection is comprehensive and their vehicles are reasonably priced. Not what you'll expect to find in a used car dealership. After testing 4 or 5 vehicles and making a choice, I was still expecting for the other shoe to drop. Ok, I'm a jaded NewYorker, can you blame me? Susan, the financial advisor was also honest, fearless of sharing appropriate information and willing to educate and help in our decision by explaining the real meaning of the available choices. She used 2 phrases that for a customer service career professional are extremely telling: (paraphrasing) knowledge is power and the best customer is an educated one. After all the Wall Street crooks of which we hear in the news every day, this young lady was a breath of fresh air. If you need a used car, well conditioned, reasonably priced and want to rethink your perception of used cars dealerships, New Deal is the place for you. I'm definitely returning.
