  • I visited last week and ordered a coffee as I always do. Was told it would take a few minutes to brew a fresh batch, which is no problem! I waited a few minutes, then walked back up to the counter to ask if I could add something to my order - and was rudely told "I said it will take a few minutes to brew!" Customer service has definitely gone down in the previous month or so. I used to be a regular but I've consistently noticed a decline in politeness since this place first opened up. A staff attitude adjustment is definitely needed. Time to find a new donut shop!
