I love all the doctors at st rose animal urgent care and Valle Verde animal hospital. It always feels good to see familiar faces rotating through the offices.
Where do I start lol.
Ooohhh the adventures this office has been through with my puppy. He has quite a wrap sheet
First let me start by shutting down the haters in regards to their pricing.
If an urgent care office does not want to do an x-ray and blood work for an emergency (other offices) and just guess the diagnosis of your pet - saving money doesn't mean anything!
St. Rose will always use the proper diagnostics tools to ensure the proper diagnosis for your pet.
This is what pet insurance is for people.
Don't get a pet if you are going to trash the vet for doing their job to ensure your pet is healthy!
This office will never price gouge you or surprise you. They will always bring in an estimate with best case scenario and worst case scenario. You must sign off agreeing to prices prior to them proceeding - no surprises!
Off my soap box and back to my review -
This office helped me when I brought my brand new puppy home and he broke out in hives. Being a brand new dog mom I didn't know I could give my dog Benedryl. The vet did a thorough exam and made sure the breeder didn't give me a sick dog. Thank god it was Just puppy stress from the trip home. Got him through bumping his eye into a plant in the backyard, and other shenanigans.
They have dealt with me pretty stressed out and upset a couple of times to say the least and are always compassionate and professional. They truly care about animals here.
