  • I contacted the owner Anthony for a quote on a small dent on my drivers side door. He was very responsive to my request, however pretty much immediately went into how he wasn't sure he could fix the issue because of the location of the dent (near the edge of the door, where it closes- there are no issues closing the door at all.) Regardless he offered to come out to my house to assess and see if he could repair the dent, but made no effort to earn my business. He basically gave me one window of time- Saturday morning- for him to come out, and when I explained I worked in downtown Phoenix and asked if he had anything else available that day he just said "sorry I don't." Pretty sub-par customer service..no effort to schedule a different date/time. Must be nice to be swimming in so much business that they let an interested customer walk because they're not willing to check their schedule to work out a better time. Will be going elsewhere.
