  • If you're looking for a realtor who is kind, patient, respectful, knowledgeable and professional, then Tom Speaks is your guy! It was an absolute pleasure working with Tom on a home purchase. He always answered our calls/texts/emails promptly while we were working with him, and he was available at a moment's notice anytime we wanted to view a house. We ended up writing 3 separate contracts on 3 different houses within a 3 month time period, and not one resulted in a completed sale due to various circumstances. The entire process became exhausting and some other realtor might have become annoyed with their clients, but Tom never once became impatient or pressured us to settle for anything we weren't comfortable with. In the end, we purchased a home that was for sale by owner. We felt bad because Tom really deserved a commission for all he did for us, but instead we're telling everyone we know who is looking for a realtor to give him a chance. You won't be sorry.
