| - So this was the first and only time we'll ever go into this Ross. It's in such a nice area, and from the outside, it looked promising. From the moment we walked in to when we left, we were just unhappy. We walked around the whole store, and there was not ONE associate on the floor, not one. The place was a complete mess. I understand that it gets busy and that people make messes, but my gosh, there was nobody even taking care of those messes at all. We went in there just to browse, and could not get out of there quicker. We found a few quick items we wanted, and went to stand in line, as the 6th people in line. The first two people got called quickly, but it went downhill from there. The lady at Customer service radioed to one of the cashiers to take her place and start taking the people for returns because she decided to just stand there and talk to LP, which by the way LP was rude too because somebody asked if he could try on like 5 or 6 dress shirts and he says in such a rude tone "Well what size are you? No you can't try these all on, that's ridiculous". I understand them not wanting to try them all on, but seriously, you could be nicer. Anyways, so there were two other people in front of us, and only two cashiers, one of which, belonged on the floor, and you could tell she was very unhappy with being pulled to back up. Anyways, the guy cashier started taking the returns even though they'd just gotten in line, and there was already a chick there doing the returns! So we were down to one cashier. Instead of calling for back up, they just let the one cashier take care of the customers. Another one came in but she was on a register who only accepted debit/credit, so sucks for the people paying cash! Anyways, we finally got called up after waiting for so long, and the chick didn't even smile or say anything to us. Instead, she proceeded to talk to the other worker up there, yelling across registers, and stopping of ringing us up just to turn around and talk to her. Finally when she finished, she left the register and on her way out, she said "Just grab your receipt". Looking back at the other 9 people in line with only one cashier who could only accept debit/credit, made me promise never to step foot in there again. The only plus was that we got greeted by a newer LP person on the way in.
