  • Placed an order, paid, and waited about 10 minutes before the cashier comes to the table and says they have to close. The cook didn't show up! Why couldn't the shift manager at least hop on the grill to complete the orders. It was not busy. There is no excuse for that behavior. Then as they issued the refund the manager said he was not coming in tomorrow. That is HORRIBLE service. This location should be closed permanently!
