  • Professionalism, honesty and personable service. How hard is it to find that in a company these days? I have being going to H & I since the day they opened and nothing has changed. Every time I am there I am greeted by a friendly face. Once my vehicle is complete I get a full rundown of everything that was done (in English, not mechanic jargon) to my ride and a full report on all the other systems that were tested. This way I know exactly what is due for service coming up and what to watch for on wear and tear parts. No surprises with these guys. Pricing is fair and NEVER any hidden fees. They have a comfortable, clean waiting room that doesn't look or smell like a grease pit. You come here once and you will have your mechanic team for life! You would then be that person who tells their friends w confidence, "take it to my guy, he's great!"
