  • If I could give ZERO stars to this dealership I would. This review is not meant to be a person who is just plain complaining. I honestly don't know where to start. I wish I would have listened to the other reviews on here. Well here it goes. Things about this dealership that are terrible. 1. Rude. Every single person. Not just slightly rude. I mean rude. Every person I talked to, minus the front desk clerk, was extremely rude. 2. Did not make me feel comfortable. They tried to pressure and push me every certain way. 3. There were 2 employees were screaming at one another in the parking lot. 4. Brought my title to the vehicle I traded in the next day and waited over an hour just to hand it to the finance office. When I asked the manager if he could take it for me, he had a big attitude. I wish you all the best of luck in your car buying experience, but I highly recommend you do not buy from this dealership. There are many others that offer way better customer service.
