| - Bought my 2016 certified Kia Sedona from Findlay Kia on December 5, 2016 and paid cash. While filling out the paperwork, Chad Hastings mentioned that I needed to wait for them to give me a "green slip" before I can register my vehicle. He said not to worry because I should have it way before my temporary license plate expires. Well, my temporary license plate expires on January 4, 2017. I have been calling Chad for about a week now. He does not pick up his phone, and I've left several voicemails. I've even asked the receptionist if there's anyone else I can speak to regarding this matter. She says unfortunately, he is the only one that can fix this situation since he handled my paperwork. Today is December 30, 2016. Even if I get my "green slip" soon, the DMV will be closed for the new year, and I will only have a minimal amount of time to register my car. The fact that they cannot even give a return phone call shows how poor their customer service is. If they can't handle the registration paperwork, I could only imagine the service they give when working on the actual vehicles. Maybe I should have bought another vehicle; for sure, I should have gone to a different dealership.
