If there was an option for zero stars that's my choice. They did not abide by the signed agreement between buyer and seller. When they released money without agreement and did shoddy work they were discovered. At that point they hid behind their attorneys who simply used only partial facts about the situation. By then the home was resold and I was in another State. A lawsuit would have been expensive and they were counting on that. I felt that their bond should be revoked for not being honest and protect both parties to the sale.
