  • Dr. Pack is an awesome Doctor, however BEWARE OF THE OFFICE STAFF!!! My problem with them began when they were demanding $1500 out of pocket delivery fee as they said my insurance deductible hadn't been met. This was in December, I was due until late March. When I had only paid 1/2 of it by January as I wanted to see if my deductible had been fulfilled, at 7 months pregnant I was threatened by Alecia that I would be dropped by the practice and would need to find another Dr. After completely stressing me out, the office manager agreed to keep me but I had to pay the rest of my fee. Fine. After I delivered my insurance informed me that my deductible had been met in late February and that my Dr. Office owed me the entire delivery fee. My insurance sent a request for additional information before paying then thus allowing me to be reimbursed. When I asked the receptionist was rude and claimed they never received a request. My insurance re sent another request and here I sit 7 weeks after delivery with no reimbursement. In addition to that , when my short term disability company requested information to process my claim to pay me they delayed that as well. Horrible office staff!!!!!!
