  • I walked in to pick up a U-haul and it was a solid 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence, The place seem to be run by teenagers who treated it like a playground and there were two older guys there who i think managed the place. As I stood there waiting to be helped the staff literally kept looking passed me as if I didn't exist. The teens treated the place like it was a hangout to go and make some money. I even made direct eye contact with them and said "hi" and the girl just started me like i spoke Mandarin to her. The guy seemed to own or run the place finally came out and took care of getting me a U-haul. One of the most unprofessional places in Mesa. NEVER going back.
