| - I'm not one for writing bad reviews on local stores, as I come from many years of customers service & management experience. This specific kiosk location provides the worst customer service I have ever personally experienced. They will provide a very welcoming vibe to sign up new clients, but will leave out important topics such as hidden fee's. Again I can only provide from my own experience, I was promised a military discount, credit union discount, along with a work affiliated discount ( all which were written down on my paperwork) no discounts are provided on my first bill. I even presented the paperwork back on the 16th day of services, completely unsatisfied & upset, nothing was fixed for me because I passed my 2 week window to return any items. This was all provided by the site manager George, being on a management level you should have a full understanding of customer support & being able to accommodate escalated issues. Never have I felt helpless with customer service, as that is the purpose of your job to accommodate your customers, but I guess not here. The entire time I was trying to fix these issues another customer was arguing with a 2nd employee, upset that he was charged higher then they quoted, I have a feeling this a regular issue for this specific store/kiosk. As I was a loyal AT&T customer for many years, this was my biggest mistake in switching to Sprint.
