MOST IMPORTANT: they don't know what a cappuccino is.
They do not know how to make a cappuccino. I was unhappy that my cappuccino had no foam. They claimed that cappuccinos are traditionally prepared without foam and went on to describe the differences between a Starbucks cappuccino and a traditional cappuccino, condescending to me like I was some coffee-commoner. I asked them to make the cappuccino correctly with foam and they corrected me again.
ACTUALLY a cappuccino is traditionally 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk, and 1/3 wet foamed milk. The difference between a latte and a cappuccino is the milk content. Latte has a lot of milk, whereas cappuccino is a strong coffee" They kept asking if I was confused and I wanted a latte with extra foam (uh a latte should have NO FOAM) which is not a cappuccino and that is what I ultimately received.
It's pretty pathetic that they don't know what a cappuccino is, and that they have the gaul to act like they do and correct customers.
The pistachio drink is full of some awful green syrup, artificially flavoured. They offer a lot of these sort of awful artificially flavoured frappuccino types drinks. If they were flavoured with real ingredients instead of cheap syrups I bet they'd be delicious!
Their sandwiches are pretty good. Not a great quality of bread or meat.
They're not great at getting orders right.
