  • my friends and I visited downtown Las Vegas. We decided to eat at Hugos. Never been, but heard decent things. WOW..we were blown away by the service that we received. Manager Rich is the nicest guy. class act all the way. We also had show reservations, and informed Rich. He immediately went into action, told the waiters to make sure we were out before show time. Food was great, steaks to die for!!! Better than anything we had on the strip, and it wasn't ala carte. finished off nicely with chocolate covered fruits. a perfect meal, incredible service and the nicest people. We will be back!
