rev:text	I had high hopes for this company, but was unfortunately let down. In hopes of sparing others tears of frustration, I want to add my review as a warning. I was impressed with this company's website, as well as their customer service over the phone. They also seem to have good reviews. When I called to schedule a move out cleaning service, I answered all their questions and specified everything about the house including square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, types of floors, needs, etc). They gave me a quote, which although was higher than I anticipated paying, I decided to go with after their assurance that they could get the job done. A lady came on our cleaning day at 9:00 AM and I left with my two babies so she'd be able to work uninterrupted. At 1:00 PM I received a call that she had only been able to finish the kitchen and was just starting on the master bedroom. They told me that if I wanted them to finish cleaning my house, I would have to PAY MORE and have her COME BACK the next day!!!!! I don't understand how someone can work for four plus hours and only finish a kitchen, master bedroom/bath, and our office room. I still had to clean inside and outside all the kitchen cabinets and the freezer myself. I have been in tears trying to clean what I thought I was paying them to do. It is difficult to adequately express my disappointment in this company. I wish someone had warned me about the deceit of this company. It would have saved me money and tears. PLEASE BEWARE! I thought I had scheduled, and was paying for, a complete move out cleaning, however I only received an extremely expensive kitchen cleaning with a partial cleaning of the master bedroom and office room.
