  • I wish I could leave no stars. The manager Helen is unbelievable, in a bad way. I came today because I was given a gift certificate back in February that was going to expire next month and I wanted to relax and get a pedicure. The younger girl who did my toes did amazing and took her time. I tipped her $5 for the excellent job. When I went to go pay with my certificate, I was told they didn't accept it anymore. The cashier checked with her boss, Helen, who came over and said she wasn't going to accept it since it was in 2 pieces. SOMETHING THAT WOULD BE EASILY FIXED WITH 1 PIECE OF TAPE. Its been shoved in my purse for 5 months, what do you expect?! I asked her why and she said I wasn't an original. Ummmm what? Lol it's the original. You can see because it looks exactly like the ones you sell and you can tell because the pen marks. Then, Helen tried to say I got it out of the trash. How rude!!!!!!! I paid for my pedicure but I will NEVER return here again. Also, I've called the customer service number listed online (866-279-8190) and am hoping to here a response back Tuesday. Helen does not belong in a manger position. Someone please get her out of there. I wanted to come here and relax. Nope. I will tell everyone I see to not use this location.
