  • Make sure you see Dr. Vale! I reviewed this clinic this past Saturday after a horrible experience and I just went in today and saw a different Doctor - Dr. Vale. The experience was literally, like night and day - hence the 5 stars vs. 1 for the weekend visit. The experience today was one of the best I have ever had in a walk-in clinic ever - just fantastic and I am SO glad I got the chance to meet Dr. Vale. He is likely one of the best doctors in the downtown area. He is professional, punctual, knowledgeable, great follow up, very thorough, and has very good bed side manner; and he is aware that this is a clinic in a highly dense area so the need to be efficient is a priority. His nurse Belle is also amazing - and Zora was there today as well who is lovely. Both nurses are great with bedside manner and being efficient. I did communicate my experience on Saturday to them and what made me feel great about their reaction is that they want to make this clinic a place where people have a good patient experience. They care. You can tell that this team wants to have a reputable place to go for people in the community. If you go, try your best to call ahead to find the wait time and to see if Dr. Vale is working.
