  • I have been here a few times, and the atmosphere is nice and clean. The owner, Amy, is friendly and has a vibrant personality! When I arrived, I had to wait a bit before my pedicure started which concerned me since I was with a group of three, and we had plans afterwards. However, Amy accommodated me as best as she could and made sure I was comfortable. The person who did my nails had a bit of an attitude because the design took longer than expected, and I asked him to redo a few nails that didn't look good. I wasn't fond of his demeanor, but on the other hand, I think he did his best job, and my nails turned out great. For nail salonists, I would definitely recommend Jolene and John. Jolene is very thoughtful and sweet. She suggested I get the white diamonds design for my gel manicure, and for weeks, I receive soooo many compliments on how beautiful my nails looked. She has great taste and was lovely to talk to. John did a quick and good job with my pedicure. I felt he was professional and to the point. I don't know her name, but the blonde girl running the register is also great, and (unsurprisingly) her nails always look awesome. Bottomline, if you haven't been to 702 Nail Lounge, TRY IT OUT!!!
