  • I'd been driving past this place on my semiweekly (sometimes more...don't judge me...I'm addicted) runs to my neighborhood Target. Today (for once) I had a few extra minutes to give them a try. When I walked in I was promptly greeted by a sweet enthusiastic (but not overbearing) young lady. She asked if it was my first time in and proceeded to thoroughly and succinctly explain the concept. Afterwards, I asked a few questions. Her responses showed that she was very knowledgeable and guided me in making my choices. I decided to try their Vegan/ GF Yosef and Chocolate Chip, Sugar and the Ron Swanson. The last two were both complimentary: She offered me sugar cookie when one of the cookies broke coming out of the oven which I thought was a great way to atone for a mistake! I opted for the Ron Swanson when I saw I got a free cookie with Yelp! checkin. (Wooohoo!!) You have the option to wait and get all of your cookies fresh baked or select from the ready to go selection. In true foodie fashion I waited. After 15 minutes, I was graced with piping hot cookies. I sampled each of them (except the sugar which my sister single-handedly devoured so I'm assuming it was delicious ). They were all very good. The Yosef was my favorite and seemed to hold up best of the gluten free options. The gluten free chocolate chip was my least favorite. It needed a bit more vanilla needed and the dough was a bit gritty in texture. (A for effort). The Ron Swanson had me humming the Parks and Recreation theme song all the way home. It was the perfect balance of salty and sweet and the dough was pillowy soft. I also had a sample of the molasses cookie when I was waiting which is the perfect marriage between ginger, molasses and warm spices. Definitely recommend all of them. This will definitely be my go to bakery for cookie cravings!!! Great, efficient service and a great product!!
