| - I used them for 15 years. The last couple of months, of using them while we were remodeling, their visits we not regular. Our house was tore up, plastic on the floors, etc. Was not easy to work around and we were actually living somewhere else at this time.
During the remodel I found a finger on a marble statute had been broke off on purpose. We had an appraiser here in July and the finger was on her hand. By November, when the statue was moved to do the walls, the finger was gone. The painters didn't do it, before they even got near the statute, I looked at it. This was a substantial marble piece, someone really had to yank to take this finger off. It was not an accident. And they took it with them so there was no chance of fixing it. We've had this statute for 12 years & she sat in one location, never being touched except when the house cleaners were out. .
The owner had hired this gal who was shady acting. She would never look you in the face or even say hello when entering our home. She came out about twice with the other 2 regulars. The last visit she was here, she broke a shelf in our refrigerator, just yanked it out! Her leader who I had given 10's of thousands of dollars worth of clothing, furniture, even a 14 ft christmas tree over the years, said to me 'don't you remember that shelf was broken. I said NO it wasn't! (For him to act honest & Not lie was more than I should of expected.)The faces were off the 2 bottom shelves, the one she broke, there was nothing wrong with it. (We got new appliances so I never mentioned this to the owner.)
There was still remodeling going on in the home. So I put them on hold till more was finished.
Over the years I'd notice things missing. I would buy in bulk and would be missing hair supplies, chap stick etc. I caught them stealing swiffers, called the owner & she told them to bring them back. He called and said can I drop them off the next time. But when he came back the next time & said he put them away. I said funny I'm standing right here & didn't see you. The good feeling for this group were on a downward slope.
I called the owner in early December & said I'm not having them out anymore. Told her about the broken marble statute and she said to me, I got rid of her. Really, so you were informed of the things she was doing. They sell the services as being licensed & bonded but thye don't make good on that.
My statute was worth $4,000.00 less cause of the clown hired by this company. I am sending a letter to the owner & going to sue her in small claims if it comes to that.
