  • I usually love Waffle Houses. I try to go whenever I'm in a town that has them. But if I'm ever in Goodyear again I'll be avoiding this one. I had breakfast there yesterday. My order included sausages. When my order came out, no sausage. The waitress immediately caught that and told the cook. This lead to a 5-minute play argument between her, the cook and a third person. All the while they were screwing around having fun I noticed that nobody was making my sausages. It took a while to finally get the final item of my order. By then I was almost finished with my meal. To the managers of this restaurant I'm all for a fun, playful work environment, but your staff's first job is SERVING THE PAYING CUSTOMERS!! Not screwing around with each other.
