An amazing workout with amazing trainers! My favorite things about it are 1) the variations in workout - each of the trainers changes up the routines so you don't get bored easily, 2) The energy level and expertise of the trainers - they are positive and push you to work hard but don't push you to the point of injury - they always are looking to make sure you are doing the correct form/technique, 3) I like having the heart rate monitor on and seeing if I am in the right zone or when I have to push myself to work a little harder.
I have been going about 2 1/2 months. I don't think I've lost any weight necessarily ( I really only wanted to lose about 10lbs to start with) - but really that is my fault because I still cheat too much with the sweets. I have however seen a change in my body shape, I know I have gained muscle and the next step is working on nutrition for me.
You only have one body - whether it is here or another place - you need to find a place that you routinely go so that you can lead a more healthy life!
