They did a good job of getting me a appointment and took about 4 hours to do the job. I called them within an hour of picking up my car to let them know that I had noticed bubbles in the tint. They told me to wait 5 days and if the bubbles persisted to call them back. I called them back 5 days later and left a voice mail. I called back the next day and left another voice mail. The bubbles are still here and no one will call me back. Yes, I called during regular business hours on weekdays (Tuesday and Wednesday) and no one called me back. The car is cooler than it was, but it's still pretty hot despite me having paid for the ceramic window tint. FYI - they guarantee the material, but the labor you have to pay if if you have any issues with the material. They are 30 minutes from my house and I wish I had used a mobile service that answered the phone or called me back.
