  • Don't be fooled by this place; they may seem to care about your pets, but to them, the only important thing is the money. We brought our English Bulldog puppy here when we first got him for a full check up. At the time, his eye looked irritated and his ears had a ton of black, tar-like gunk in them - both of which I was concerned about, so I asked Dr. Woo to check these areas out. She said his eye looked a little irritated but it was nothing to worry about. She then looked at his ears, cleaned it with a cotton pad and said they were just a little dirty. We were told to go home and bring him back if things did not get better. We paid our very expensive vet fee (in which she basically did nothing) and left, but the next day, his ears were completely filled with the same black gunk again. I went online and (very easily) discovered that my dog had a yeast infection in his ears. I'm pretty sure that if I managed to find this information so easily online, she was aware of the fact that it was an infection in his ears, not just "a little dirty". In addition, his eye was looking even worse the following day, so we brought our puppy to a different vet immediately. As soon as the other vet looked at my puppy's eye, he asked if we had a cat, then proceeded to tell us he saw a little scratch in his eye which was what was irritating it. We don't have a cat, but it took the vet all of 2 seconds to see the scratch and Dr. Woo claimed it was "only slightly irritated, nothing to worry about, but definitely bring him back if it gets worse". I don't mind paying top dollar for a vet for my dog if they are doing their job. Dr. Woo knowingly withheld information from us and kept our puppy in an uncomfortable state. Why? Because she wanted to charge for a repeat visit? Not going to happen when you lose our trust. We (obviously) haven't been back since and don't plan on going back ever again.
