  • I wish I could give negative stars. Had been there multiple times before and had a decent experience but this time it was just BAD. BAD SERVICE. BAD FOOD. BAD MANAGEMENT. So, we order the chicken parm and spaghetti with meatballs. It comes out and my chicken is dry and sauce tastes like they put all the garlic they could find in it so they could cover the can taste. My bfs meatball was ice cold in the middle. We both ate about 2 bites then stopped eating and waited for our server. And we waited... And we waited ... And we waited... Finally 15 mins later he comes over and brings the check. Didn't even notice that we didn't eat our food until I spoke up and asked for a manager. He got kind of insulted when I said we had been there multiple times before and have never had such a bad experience. He got loud and said "Oh so what, the food is just horrible?!" So I responded "well I wouldn't say it that way.. but yes". He scoops our $100 off the table with the check then comes back 5 mins later and says "The manager took off your entrees but charged you the cover charge of $13 each. So you got more than half off." Throws down the change and walks away. No apology from the server and Manager never even came over. We paid $28 (after tax) for food we didn't eat. Which comes down to us basically paying $28 for water and bread since we don't drink alcohol so we don't drink the "free wine"
