The dentist is 5 stars, but his front office brings it down greatly!!Again....the dentist and his chairside staff are AWESOME!!!! They are professional, and know how to treat the patient and the parents. Unfortunately, Dr. Bybee really needs to either send his front office staff to etiquette training or hire new front office staff. They both "feed" off of each others' Negative Nancy attitudes! They are not happy, they never smile, and they are just not a fit in an environment where there are young children afraid/in pain, and concerned parents who are looking for an environment that bring a positive calm to the situation.
And beware!!!!! DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BILLS/PAYMENTS TO THIS OFFICE!!!The front office staff woman Cindy does not like being told she is wrong. I found NUMEROUS errors in my accounts....aka OVERBILLING!!!!! She blamed the dentist, the billing program, me.....everything and everyone except herself....for her lack of being a proactive employee.But, blaming the person who signs your paychecks.......it really showed how much she cares about his practice...because if I were to report the billing problem.....He would get the reprimand....not her!!!!!! It took emails(they never responded back), and me driving in multiple times in to get it remedied! And another 4 months to get a check for OVERPAYMENT(after she blamed the dentist that he is the one who has not taken the time to sign and send my money 4 months previous) SAD!
