Britany sounded very sweet on the phone when I booked my appt for a Groupon haircut and deep condition. She was booked up for a while, so I booked my appt a month away. However when I showed up for my appt, she never showed up at Envogue. The salon called her and I texted her, and she never responded. I ended up getting a refund. I hope she learns better customer service skills.
