  • If I could give a 50 Star review, I definitely would. We stayed here in late January for my Uncle's funeral. We checked in on Tuesday, went out for a little while and when we returned to our room, there was a gift basket and sympathy card waiting for us on the desk. I cannot express enough how much this act of kindness meant to me. The card was signed by Matthew, Joey, Madalynn, Danny, Mina, Jennifer, Veronica and Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn wrote a message expressing their condolences and if we needed anything, to please let them know, as they were there for us. I immediately went down to the front desk and Kaitlyn was there and I thanked her so much and hugged her, and she hugged me back and said how sorry she was for our loss and reaffirmed to let her know if we needed anything. Again, this meant the world to us. It is so comforting knowing that there are still people in this world that care so much about others. The hotel is beautiful and so clean and everyone was so friendly. Our room was excellent and the complimentary breakfast was so good and so much to choose from. I will always stay here when I'm back in Phoenix. Thank you again so much for making a very difficult time, much more easier to deal with I do hope the General Manager, Mina Bermudez realizes what an AWESOME staff she has.
