  • Best place and contractors we've done business with in Vegas Valley hands down! We are locals and have been for 30+ years. From start to finish we had known we selected the right company for the job! Like most consumers now a days we did our research before making our decision. Although we had friends that were completely satisfied who had used Nevada Rolling Shutter we still like anyone wanted to shop. After seeing that there was really only one other company in town that does security shutters we began doing our homework. After checking with Angie's List, Google, Yelp, and contractors board it was time to visit both companies. We went to both locations and spoke with staff. First off from the minute we walked in the door of Nevada Rolling Shutter we knew that was who we were going to go with. These guys have been doing this type of work since the late 70's. The young man working stopped what he was doing to assit us with questions and show us displays with different operations for the shutters. We had heard that this was a family owned and operated company and it 100% is. You just get that welcome and part of the family feeling with these guys. We did not get that at all from the competitor. Next we had their sales rep Scott come to our home. As soon as he got there (10 mins early) he talked with us for a while, played with our dogs and even had dog treats in his bag for the dogs. By the end of his presentation we weren't only customers but we were also friends as far as we were concerned. We saw no other reason to call the competitor and signed on the spot. Their product is hands down true German imported and they are the only ones that import it. They only use one brand of premium motors (Somfy) unlike competition. Their warranty is twice that of the competition. After your 5 year warranty is up they give you a lifetime on some of the mechanical parts. No one offers that good of a warranty that we saw! The install went perfectly. The father and sons with a crew came to do the install. They did have a licensed electrician from Able Electric preform the electrical part of install. They had someone cleaning up as the entire job as it was installed. After the job was installed one of the sons Logan walked us through everything and made sure we were 100% satisfied before collecting the balance due. The house was perfect not any trash or debris anywhere. Trust us no need to use anyone else in town! Thank You Nevada Rolling Shutter!
