Dr. Johnston & Dr. Yee are absolutely wonderful!! BUT!! The girls that handle scheduling and the medical & insurance billing ARE 100% UNPROFESSIONAL, PRIVILEGED, RUDE & UNDESERVING of their position in this office!!! Absolutely no quality control or proper phone etiquette!!! You Do Not place patients on hold without letting the patient know that is in fact what you're doing!! And then not even bother to apologize for placing someone on hold for over 10 mins! The severe lack of empathy or a general sense of 'care' is lacking from their entire front desk staff!!! I truly hope Dr. Yee & Dr. Johnston step in to correct these insensible, insensitive employees! B/c they're losing long time patients over this!
