I'm updating my previous review because of new experiences with the dealership. I abandoned efforts to purchase the bike described in that review and chose a different motorcycle to purchase. While Euro Cycle still behaved in the same manner as before - adding in fees that eradicated the benefit of the sale price on the motorcycle - it is a less expensive bike and I was prepared for their shenanigans. During price negotiations they were reasonable about a few things, and have been very helpful about adding the options I selected. Thus the bump from one to three stars.
I should also note that I like all of the people I've met that work there, they are very nice, good guys. All problems seem to stem from upper management and policies, as well as some human error.
