The gym fit my needs while I was using it. But, I also experienced issues when I tried to cancel my membership. I had a month to month membership. I was told I had to go into the gym to cancel my membership. I went in and filled out the necessary paperwork. I was charged again after my membership and additional 30 days were over. It turns out the paperwork was never sent to corporate. I was able to get the additional month refunded by calling corporate.
The initial paperwork I signed states that I paid my last month with my upfront fees. Corporate also did not have a copy of the initial paperwork. When I spoke with them I indicated I would email a copy of the paperwork since I was also charged for the last month. They chose not to respond to me on this issue.
