okay
i lost my iphone around christmas time of 2015
and i submitted all documents
police report
deductable for replacement
suspension of the sim card and blacklisting the phone
a photo id
1- after 30 days today (( january 23rd 2016)) did not get a replacement
2- what kind of company that does not have a customer service phone number for claims department
they barelly answer your mail when they like
3-do not buy a policy from this company go with your carrier insurance faster and better
and at least you can call and ask
4- their excuse so far with me that they have a lot of claims and they are making sure of the originality of the poilice report and line suspension
they will answer me only because i wrote this review
saying sorry
they are not sorry otherwise they would have not let you through this horrible experience
