First time I went was just for an oil change. I had a coupon from the website for a $20 oil change. They add an extra $5 to the bill to nullify the coupon. Guy at front desk is rude and sarcastic. When I dropped my car off, they guaranteed it would be done within an hour and they'd give me a call to let me know to pick it up. There was maybe two other cars ahead of me. I called after I didn't hear from them for four hours. Guy said "oh yeah...um..it just went in. Should be ready any minute." Obviously they forgot or didn't care. When I picked the car up, the dashboard indicator wasn't reset. I asked them to reset it and they said they didn't know how and I would have to figure out how to do it myself.
Inexplicably, I went back for the "lifetime brake" scam when I needed new pads and an oil change. Dropped car off when they opened, they said within 2-3 hours it will be done. Didn't hear from them until about 7 hours later when they called to tell me they broke my oil cap and that I would have to buy a new one. Their defense was "it was already eroding." I found that interesting since they were the last ones to change my oil and made no mention of my "eroding oil cap." I have never had an "eroding" cap in my fifteen years of owning cars. You would think that if it was eroding, they would have noticed it three months earlier when they changed the oil. Unless it just spontaneously eroded overnight...
When I looked at the bill, I mentioned how I didn't see the credit for the cap they broke. Again, sarcastic rude front desk guy had no response other than the total was the total. Brakes began squeaking again less than a month after the brake job. And they left two of my tire valve caps off. Just another of a number of little things these incompetent, crooked clowns messed up.
This place does absolutely nothing right, and makes up for it by scamming and cutting corners. Absolutely do not ever go here. Awful, awful place.
