  • Absolutely outrageously poor customer service! I went in at 7:30am on a Saturday to receive an oil change. I asked the device gentlemen if there were any coupon specials that he was aware of. He stated, "I haven't seen any in a long time." I should have kept my keys at that moment because I knew that was a lie. They mail them all of the time! When I returned to pick up my vehicle, he was charging me nearly $40 for an oil change!! I had pulled up a coupon for $19.95 and he says, we gave you a full service and that's not the coupon for a full service. I did NOT ask for a full service oil change. He didn't even ask me what type of oil Change I'd like!! To make matters worse, there was a coupon right there on the counter for $16.95!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE!! Brakes Plus has serviced my vehicle, they offer great service (and coupons) and they will continue to get my business! Iisha Graves
